Starting Over

Well, here I am at 48 years old starting life over again. I am going to survive and start teaching again. I just pray that God will hear my plea for help and give me the strength to do this. I wonder if God ever gets tired of hearing me. I pray not because I sure need him alot.

  3. Hi Cathleen, not sure how I found your blog, but just read your last post. Starting over is very difficult no matter what you do, but God will never get tired of hearing His children. I am a retired teacher as well. I had to retire at the age of 33 when I was involved in a car accident. It left me with many serious injuries including 3 neck surgerions, 1 back, a spinal chord injury and a brian injury. I have short and long term memroy issues and never can tell what I will forget or remember. I have a master's degress in education, but may not be able to tell you what color your shirt is, or what my phone # is, or myu favorite from 4 weeks ago, forgetting my husband's name with whom I have ben married to for 13 years. Anyway, I try to start each day over and pray that it will get better. The good thing is that God listens and is with you.

I live in North Alabama where is Payne TN?
